All of our pieces are handmade and therefore we require a lead time of 5 weeks, we do offer a fast track service for an additional price of £30 per piece. Once you have placed your order you will receive an estimated delivery date.
All of our pieces are presented in a white jewellery presentation box and carefully packed for its destination to you, inside your box you will also have a jewellery polishing cloth, anti tarnish tab and care card. If you have requested a message card then this will be in the box too.
All of our goods are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery if the Express Delivery option is selected. The Express Delivery option will incur an additional cost of £3.70, all options require a signature upon receipt. If you are not there to sign for your delivery Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know they have attempted delivery, so that you may arrange an alternative date.
If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order we will do our best to help you trace it by simply contacting us. We will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number so that you can enquire about your delivery. In the event of a non delivery, we can only replace or refund your order after 20 working days when Royal Mail will confirm the parcel is lost. We cannot be held responsible for late or lost deliveries.
Postage and packaging costs are free within the UK. We love overseas customers and will quote postage costs at the time of ordering. For orders outside the UK customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges may vary based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information on current import regulations.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your jewellery purchase. If you're not satisfied for whatever reason, you have 7 days (from the date you receive your order) to return it.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return it to us, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org where you will be issued with a reference return number, which must be quoted when you return your piece.
Any piece returned to us without this reference number or without prior contact with us will not be accepted by us or refunded.
Please note bespoke or customer sized items cannot be returned.
How to return your piece:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your piece if you are returning it by emailing email@example.com. Our pieces are carefully packaged to ensure that no damage will occur during transit, therefore on return please ensure that it is packaged in the same way as it was sent to you to avoid pieces being returned to us in poor condition.
When returning goods we advise that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service is tracked and Royal Mail will be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you retain your Proof of Postage.
We do not take responsibility for returned items that are not received and request you contact Royal Mail.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
We will send you a full refund for the full price of your piece properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery costs, if any have been paid by the customer, and excluding the costs of returning the piece to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your piece.
We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned piece of jewellery.
