All of our pieces are individually hand crafted and whilst every effort is made to replicate the original designs, very slight variations may occur. If you order a standard measurement piece we will make them as accurately as we reasonably can. If you provide measurements to us for your finished piece (bespoke customer sizing) then we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect measurements taken by you the customer and no refund will be available. Amelia Diment cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance of colour of our pieces due to the customer equipment or software used by our customers. If you would like to view our materials prior to making your purchase then please order one of our sample cards.
Please note that due to manufacturing processes of the materials we use we cannot guarantee colour continuity and colour fastness unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in form and shape are possible.
We recommend that our pieces are stored in the Amelia Diment presentation box supplied with each piece to give protection from damage and sunlight. We use acid free tissue paper, and all our boxes contain an anti tarnish tab to prolong the life of our pieces. All our pieces come with a polishing cloth to keep your pieces in tip top condition.
